Woot for a boost of self esteem!

Twice this week I've been blessed with awards from two lovely bloggers.  Love, Life, and Happiness and Staying me... bestowed the following awards on me.

I can't thank you enough, ladies!  Now, of course, there are some rules that go along with these...

2-Let's see...

-I hate burlap.  And toparies.  And a lot of other things that seem to be in fashion in the crafting world right now.

-I'm a Gemini....June 20th, which actually puts me on the cusp of Gem/Cancer, but trust me....I'm a Gemini.  Means I'm good at starting projects with gusto, but usually lose interest soon after.

-I'm a spelling and grammar Nazi, to the point that I won't follow a blog if it has frequent mistakes.  Personally, I keep a tab with dictionary.com open if I'm unsure proper spelling of something.  My mistakes are typos, *usually*.  My fingers type too fast for my brain, or my brain works too fast for my fingers....or my n key sticks.  My laptop keys like to sporadically stop working, and my friends have gotten great at translating what I mean with the missing letters.  When e went out, it was the hardest.

-I'm the sloppiest person with OCD you'll ever meet.  My house is usually well lived in, yet I have to fight panic attacks at times if I didn't count the exact number of people in the car I passed.  My previous bf had OCD as well, and had to have his four coasters lined up on his coffee table corners perfectly.  It drove me crazy, as I wanted them stacked neatly in the center.

-I have, what my friends call, Musical ADD.  I will suddenly burst into song if something triggers a lyric I know, and trust me....I know a lot. My brain can't stand math, but retains song lyrics like mad.  It's hard for me to keep a song playing for it's entirety.

-Speaking of music, I have to say that I'm an above average singer.  I was in honor choirs in school, and wow them at karaoke.  Many times bar patrons tell me I should try out for American Idol.  Usually, they're drunk though. :P

-There's many things I could put here, but I think I'll end some suspense.  The Big K stands for Katrina, or Kat to my friends.  Little a is Addilyn, or Addie as she prefers to be called.

So there you have it!  Reading back over it, it seems a little....snotty, but trust that's not how I meant it.  I loathe talking about myself. 

3- My list of 15!  I'm going to try to pick blogs that haven't been awarded yet.  Also, I want to mention, that I know I just did an "About Me" tagging thing yesterday, but I received my first award on that post, and was tagged again today, soooo...I didn't want to be rude. I'm not stalking ya'll.  I swear.
